When I was a kid, I would unwrap all my Christmas presents when my parents were upstairs and then use the same wrapping paper to re-wrap them. And if there wasn’t enough wrapping paper left, I’d just wrap the top and the sides and leave the bottom open… and then just make sure not to lift the box when unwrapping it on Christmas day.
