So, you may have noticed that I’ve added some very shiny new buttons over on the sidebar recently. Over there, under the title “Pretty, Pretty Things I Wouldn’t Kick Out of Bed For Eating Crackers”… yeah, that’s the one!

Anyhoodle, these lovely stores represent all things that I find shiny and fun… jewelry, photography, sex toys…

Well, see for yourself. The holidays are lurking, after all!

Disclaimer: Yes, these fabulous people/shops/etc. gave me some “incentive”- heh, heh- to post their buttons. BUT I sought them out and inquired with them, specifically because I love their stuff, so consider this endorsement whole-hearted, my friends!

Love the hats! And the jewelry. I guess I just love your taste.

3 Jay November 8, 2009 at 11:54 am

At first, I was just absently scrolling down, looking for the link to the sex toys, and then I saw Aardvark silver, and thought how fond I am of silver jewellery and how, yes, Christmas is coming up, so I’d just have a look… now I am trying to limit myself to just buying one item. And then I had to go and click the link for RetroRepro, for that special hat-lover in my life and wonder if I can afford to buy one thing from each….

And, of course, wondering how it would be possible to bribe you to pimp my own art prints ;)

These all make me wish I had a lovely piece of plastic to swipe and get all these! I especially love that elephant necklace, I know the perfect person to get that for. Thanks for sharing all of these, they are b-e-a-utiful.

26 Katherine November 9, 2009 at 2:24 am

I’m a huge fan of hats. I really think that we should go back to being a hat wearing society. Sadly though, I’m also super-DUPER picky and can’t buy one without seeing it on me.

Seeing that anyone is making anything like that gives me some hope that maybe one day someone near me will be too!

27 Stephanie November 9, 2009 at 7:02 am

OMG I want that grey hat.

28 moooooog35 November 9, 2009 at 8:04 am

You’re such a whore.

Not once do you hawk my authentic Mental Poo merchandise.

NOT ONCE.

Not my mug..

Not my THONG.

No even my Mental Poo-Looza stuff.

You’re such a sell out.

31 chinkygirlmel November 9, 2009 at 10:40 am

I love that gold pearl bracelet. It is so adorable, so vintage and dainty looking. I absolutely love ittttt. =)

32 Randi November 9, 2009 at 11:21 am

oooh great list.. and great list that could get a girl in trouble too!!

33 Marie November 9, 2009 at 12:54 pm

Although all those are very pretty things, I’m not gonna lie, I spend most of my “shopping” money on bags and shoes. Mainly because a girl can’t have enough shoes or bags. Ever.

34 BeckEye November 9, 2009 at 1:23 pm

I have to keep checking to make sure I actually have a vagina when other women start talking about shoes and jewelry. I just never got the fascination with either.

(By the way, I DO still have a vagina. I know you were probably concerned.)

35 HardlyHearsHimself November 9, 2009 at 1:54 pm

Growing up with a religion that doesn’t celebrate Christmas has blown, let me tell you. I don’t plan on making my kids commit to any religion, but I’ll be damned if they don’t get Christmas.

36 AnnQ November 9, 2009 at 2:42 pm

Beautiful jewelry! :-)

37 Jay November 9, 2009 at 3:59 pm

I wonder if I can commission any of these ladies to make me a choker that looks like a strip of thick cut apple wood-smoked bacon?

38 meleah rebeccah November 9, 2009 at 4:30 pm
