Dude. Thank you for writing this post! It turns out I am not a crazy freak after all. I refer to it as my super-early-onset Alzheimers.
It gets worse during PMS when I become about 50% clumsier and more forgetful. My Husband says he knows when I’m starting to get PMS because that’s when I forget to flush.

I feel the same way! I have so much going on with my blog and my personal life that generally I forget really important things that have to do with one or the other. Everyday I wonder where the time went all the while accomplishing very little. Wonder how that happens?

I operate much in the same sense. Details-(…something catchy that rhythms with ‘details’). Except…I have a wiener. I’m not so good at multi-tasking either. Gather ’round, you see, I have what the ancient people of Maya called “one with corn for brain”. Wait, no. I most definitely made that up because I’m pretty sure the Mayans profoundly respected…wait…what the hell am I talking about? I have ADD. I lose focus a lot and it shows up in a lot of my writing. Even in my school assignments which my teacher really doesn’t mind a whole lot. Trying to do two things; the chances of me messing up both of them jump to an upwards of fifty percent.

One task at a time; keep it simple.

I try to be all orderly and organised but it NEVER goes to plan. I’m clumsy too.
Great combination!!
I somehow muddle through life and sometimes it frustrates the hell out of me – I think i’m an anal retentive trapped in an ADHD person’s brain – but then sometimes I just accept it and take the good stories and blog about them lol.

When we were planning our wedding, a number of our vendors told me I had what it takes to be in the wedding industry. In fact, a few of them asked if I had ever considered wedding planning. My response? I’d do it, IF I didn’t have to deal with brides and their families. I’m not kidding. Event planning is easy. Client management is hard. Plus, I like my weekends. =)

So, I wanted to be a wedding planner after watching The Wedding Planner…but then my mom reminded me that odds were I *wasn’t* going to meet Matthew McConaughey and fall madly in love after getting my shoe stuck in the street and almost die by way of a runaway garbage bin only to be saved by an amazing children’s doctor who just so happened to be Matthew McConaughey.

She did say I had a pretty good chance at a loser driving a Vespa though….
