Btw, sidenote… if you were interested in an, ahem, more COLORFUL version of this past weekend at my parents’ house…
(Hint: It’s called, “Why Not To Take Naked Pictures of Your Girlfriend.” Thanks for sharing that with the world, B.)
Enjoy…

All I can say is I am glad I am not alone in the “unfortunate naked picture situation” realm. Still, sorry it had to happen to you.
That is AWESOME! Look, it was your sister, not dad, thankfully! Though if your dad is like my dad, it might take 15 seconds of focusing and re-focusing to fully grasp the content of the picture.
Lemm: Frankly, I just wouldn’t have felt right about the weekend and introducing B to the clan unless there had been some sort of putrid humiliation flung across the dinner table.
Velvet: Amen on the not-pops… Methinks they would not have had quite the bromance they did otherwise…
i agree..it just isnt a trip HOME without a little humiliation and disaster…
xoxo
i LOVE this story. i once opened my Picassa in front of my brother and for some reason the first images to appear were all the filthy ones in dirty picture folder named “Zebra” (let’s just say i should’ve been in porn). he just looked at me while i blushed and tried desperately to close it. (i’m so sorry i sucked on friday)
Jules: No worries darling. As you can see, there was plenty of excitement despite.
This is exactly why all of the naughty pictures have been wiped from my Blackberry…although I have to say, I do miss some of them. Better for a sister to find than say…an estranged husband. Ack.
Really enjoying the blog…another new thing for me these days.
FEARLESS: I’m trying to decide if I’d rather have my father or an estranged ex-husband see them… that’s a toss up. I’ll definitely stick with the sister!
Your writing is from the heart- I lurve it. Keep it up.
